These are not aspirational numbers; they are the consensus benchmarks agreed upon by leading health systems, AI developers, patient advocates, and researchers, including institutions such as Mayo Clinic, Cleveland Clinic, Stanford, Mass General Brigham, Mount Sinai, and the American Nurses Association.
