Nomination Process & Criteria
As part of the inaugural class, this year’s honorees will be trailblazers, setting the benchmark for years to come. To be considered for The Ascent 20, nominees must meet the following criteria:
- Demonstrated Impact: A clear track record of measurable success in their industry or community.
- Leadership & Influence: Recognized as a leader, innovator, or pioneer in their field.
- Arizona-Based Contributions: While their impact may extend beyond the state, their work must primarily benefit Arizona.
- Commitment to Progress: A long-term vision for positive change, whether in business, social impact, or industry transformation.
- Innovation & Forward Thinking: A trailblazer mindset, introducing new ideas, strategies, or solutions that reshape their field.
Honorees may be self-nominated or nominated by a peer, colleague, or community member.
